Cancellation Policy

Spa associates are scheduled to accommodate the specific requests our guest have made. In order to best accommodate all guests and as a courtesy to our staff, we require an 8-hour notification of changes and cancellations. Cancellations within the 8-hour period will be charged 50% of the scheduled treatment(s) price. No notification of a cancellation will result in a full charge of the scheduled treatment(s).

Scheduling Appointments

It is recommended that you schedule appointments as soon as possible to best accommodate your desired treatments and times.

Spa Arrival

We recommend arriving to the spa 10 -15 minutes prior to your appointment. This will allow time for check-in, paperwork, and changing. We recommend coming earlier if you would like to use our sauna or shower prior to your treatment. Late arrivals may have their treatment shortened or be canceled at full charge. Please note we are located on the north side of the resort next to the conference center.
